Job Overview:
Lake Belle RV Resort is looking for friendly and attentive Guest Services Support Staff to join our team. This role is crucial for providing our guests with an exceptional experience during their stay at our resort. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to handle various guest service operations. This position requires individuals who can work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction:
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and provide a brief orientation about the resort’s facilities and services.
- Assist guests in RV site setup if necessary.
- Resolve guest issues or escalate issues to the appropriate staff.
- Answer guest inquiries, provide directions, and offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
- Reservation Management:
- Assist in managing reservations, including booking, changes, and cancellations using the resort's reservation system.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues quickly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other resort staff to resolve any guest-related issues promptly.
- Communication and Information:
- Maintain clear and accurate records of guest requests and preferences to enhance personalized service.
- Communicate important guest information and feedback to the management team to improve service quality.
- Grounds Support:
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the resort.
- Assist in enforcing the rules and procedures of the resort.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficient in using cloud based apps and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Hospitality Management is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Equal mix of indoor and outdoor service activities.
- Fast-paced environment, often requiring multitasking and managing multiple guest requests simultaneously.
- We are a clean air resort - There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed on property.
- Background check and drug tests are mandatory for employment.
